・通過JUKI新型縫製系統來管理縫製性能和縫紉機。
・搭載內置NFC（近場通信裝置）和雙向數據傳輸通信設備。

短線頭機構（LBH-1790ANB）

新型短線頭機構切線更短，省卻了人工剪線頭作業。

利用物聯網（IoT）管理縫製性能和縫紉機

可通過應用軟件管理、瀏覽和編輯數據
根據縫製產品調整縫紉機數據，以無接觸方式將數據傳輸到市場上銷售的安卓系統平板電腦。這樣便可以快速檢查統一設定，確認縫製流水線的縫紉機狀況，更改設定更方便。操作面板還標配了USB接口。可通過U盤輕鬆進行數據管理和軟件更新。
縫製數據進行數字化管理，以確保“穩定的質量”並“縮短設定更改時間”。
可以使用安卓系統平板電腦或U盤從縫紉機中導出量化縫製數據。
* 推薦在Android OS 6.0版本上使用JUKI Smart應用程序。

循環縫製和連續縫紉

循環縫製
可以記錄20個不同的程序，每個程序最多可存儲30個不同的花樣。

連續縫製
可以在不提升壓布壓腳的情況下連續縫製兩種或多種不同的花樣。可以記錄20個不同的程序，每個程序最多可存儲6個不同的花樣。（需要將相關配件更換為選購件。)

所有驅動機構均採用電子化控制

  • 送布機構、針送布機構、上切線機構、下切線機構、切布機構、壓腳提昇機構等均實現電子化控制。
  • 所有調整值均數字化，因而操作人員能夠在操作面板上進行設定和存儲。

舒適的操作環境

  • 採用直驅馬達，運行噪音小。
  • LED燈位於機臂顎下側，亮度可調。為LBH-1790AN系列所有機型的標準配置。
  • 安裝了輔助台板（標準附件），更便於放置縫製品。此外，落針位置位於機台中央，使縫製品定位更簡便。

多種踏板功能

  • 標配了新型步進馬達式自動提升裝置。有助於減輕操作人員的疲勞。可在一連踏板和兩連踏板間切換，方便縫製品定位，也可以指定中途停止。
  • 壓布壓腳提升量可根據需要設定。逆迴轉針功能使壓布壓腳的最大提升量可達17mm。
  • * 請按零件訂購兩連踏板。

JUKI獨有的電子夾線器
（電子面線張力控制系統）

  • 根據各種縫製條件（線、面料、縫製速度等），可以通過操作面板分別為鎖眼的平行部分和套結部分設定面線張力，設定數據可存儲在存儲器中。
  • 可在平行部分和套結部分進行準確的面線張力切換，以實現精美的鎖眼縫製形狀。能有效防止斷線。
  • 起縫和縫製結束時可啟用面線夾線器。從而防止面線鬆散及起縫時的脫線。
  • 疏縫的面線張力可以單獨設定。

粗縫機構有助於實現優美的鎖眼縫製

粗縫是針織等彈性面料的有效縫製方法。粗縫：面線被準確捲入，因而不會從紐孔中伸出而造成鬆線。粗縫可以縫製9圈。

配備多次落刀功能

  • 採用JUKI獨有的多次落刀功能，即使鎖眼尺寸發生變化，也無需更換切刀。小批量生產需要頻繁變更紐孔尺寸或進行不同尺寸的鎖眼循環縫製時，可根據紐孔尺寸自動設定切刀的落刀次數。
  • 雙動步進馬達式切刀裝置，能防止切刀出現落刀/回刀故障。
  • 切刀最大可支持41mm的縫製長度。此外，還可以選購支持70mm和120mm的切刀裝置。

縫製設定更改簡便

縫製品免受油污影響

  • 通過先進的干式機頭技術，除旋梭部分外，無需供油。使縫製品免受油污影響。
  • 通過將旋梭更換為選購的無供油旋梭，可以實現完全乾式機頭。（在這種情況下，最高縫製速度為3,300sti/min）

旋梭油量的調節

  • 打開旋梭蓋板即可看到新安裝的“旋梭油量調節螺釘”。通過此螺釘，操作人員可以輕鬆調節旋梭油量。
  • 旋梭油箱有油量指示器，加油更方便。

標配31個用於鎖眼的縫製花樣

最多存儲99種不同的花樣，可以根據需要通過操作面板進行選擇。

Caution Figure
When replacing the throar plate between LBH-1790A* and LBH-1790A*B, changing the machine type setting in the memory is required since the distance between the needle entry and knife different than the standard type.

LBH1790A*,LBH-1795A*,LBH-1790S: 2mm
LBH-1790S, 1796A and 1796AN use the special frame, which if not compatible with LBH-1790S, 1790A, 1790AN, 1790AB, 1790ANB, 1795A and 1795AN. therefore, the presser type 1 to 3 cannot be assembled. -
There is a difference of timing gage in LBH-1790S, 1790A and 1790AN; LBH-1790AB and 1790AMB.
Since the thickness of the throat plate is different, the length of the timing gage differs. The hook timing does not change since the total length is the same.		 -
When the feed width is more than 5mm with LBH-1790S, 1790A, the presser arm and oil shield need to be replaced.

When the feed direction is more than 41mm with LBH-1790S, 1790A, the presser arm needs to be replaced.
