大幅提升汽車座椅的縫製能力。

顯著提升了汽車座椅的縫製能力

提高了在3,500sti/min的高縫製速度下的送布和縫製效率，縫製性能得到充分發揮

LU-2212N-7 （1.6倍容量旋梭/2針距調節撥盤規格）

兩種不同的針距長度可根據用途進行選擇。
按下機臂下部的針距選擇器開關，瞬間切換針距長度。

LU-2220N-7 （1.6倍容量旋梭/2針距調節撥盤/短線頭規格）

減少了起縫和縫製結束時的剪線頭工作。提高了汽車座椅縫製的生產效率和縫製質量，性能出色。操作人員使用剪刀的頻率降低，能有效防止面料損壞。

  • 縫製難以送布的面料高低段部等時，交替上下移動量將瞬間最大化，實現精美不起褶的縫製效果。
